Striving to make a positive impact on our community

At Paramount Business Jets, we believe that every business has a responsibility to bring value to the community. As a company built on a strong ethical foundation, we take this responsibility seriously, going above and beyond to give back to those around us.

We’re supported by an incredible global community of talented, hard-working professionals who share our passion for aviation excellence. Many of our endeavors focus on paying forward this support, using our resources to empower the next generation of aviation experts.

In the wider community, we work with extraordinary causes led by inspirational people. We’re proud to support them as they make a difference to countless lives, and we actively encourage our partners in the aviation industry to join us.

Paramount Business Jets Scholarship Fund

With the cost of higher education skyrocketing, many students work multiple jobs and rely on high-interest loans to make it through college. They graduate into a highly competitive job market, often balancing low-paid entry level jobs with huge student loan debts.

This is especially true of the aviation industry. Launched in partnership with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), the Paramount Business Jets Scholarship Fund aims to address this by alleviating some of the financial burdens faced by aviation students at ERAU’s Dayton Beach campus.

We believe that these talented, passionate individuals are the future of the aviation industry and it’s our responsibility to help them reach their full potential. Through the fund, we seek to remove financial obstacles and enable them to excel in their education and beyond.

Recycle Life

Recycle Life was founded in 2009 by Dave Morgan and Juan Arevalo, two brothers born with a hereditary heart condition. After each receiving life-saving heart and liver transplants, Dave and Juan created Recycle Life to support other organ recipients and their families, and to raise awareness about the importance of organ donation.

Recycle Life provides practical support, such as creating care baskets of personal items and helping families to find accommodation. Dave and Juan, reflecting on their own experiences, also recognized that even simple gestures like emotional support and encouragement could make a world of difference to a patient.

Dave says: "An organ transplant is life-saving, but also life-altering. We want to reassure other organ recipients about the process and let them know they are not alone during their recovery.”

Leesburg Aviation Expo

Paramount Business Jets will again support ProJet Aviation this year as they host the 12th Annual Aviation Education Career Expo. This free event aims to showcase the industry and inspire young adults aged 16-22 to explore and pursue career options in the world of aviation.

From military and government agencies to avionics repair and aviation hospitality, a wide variety of aviation and aerospace experts will be in on hand to offer keynote speeches, live demonstrations and static displays. Over 600 students are expected to attend, some of whom will go on to benefit from ProJet’s annual aviation scholarships.

“We will award over $137,000 in aviation education scholarships and flight training awards this year,” said ProJet Aviation's Julie O’Brien, co-founder of the event. “This money is life changing to many students. We rely completely on corporate funds and donations to make this day happen.”

Best You Best Me (BYBM)

Best You Best Me, is based on the philosophy that “we are one” and that by helping to alleviate suffering in another, is helping to alleviate suffering in ourselves. In our society we are focused on stereotypes that divide us into categories from others. Best You Best Me seeks to break through these stereotypes by focusing on how we are alike, opposed to how we are different.

At BYBM we are helping to alleviate suffering through the use of insightful information, educational and transformational events, and by making direct contributions to individuals and groups and telling their stories online to set an example. The best way to get to know Best You Best Me is through our projects.

How You Can Help

Be your best you. Be kind to yourself and those around you. Give in every way you can when possible and within your means. Send a kind note of appreciation and gratitude to the people who have always been there for you. Participate in spreading kindness within your community.
