Elise Massey, who has handled a couple of trips for us and our 3 dogs, has made everything perfect and seamless. I am a Net Jets "refugee," and am so much happier working with Elise. Problems always come up when chartering a plane, but she handled everything from plane switches to last minute catering orders, with aplomb, good humor, and efficiency. I can't imagine with working with anyone else, but I imagine they are all as efficient and supportive as Elise, at Paramount. They clearly hire very smart and patient people, if Elise is any indicator.
